This delightful Villa situated within it’s own grounds in a quiet residential area of Hisaronu, five minutes walking distance from the town. The Villa has a glorious location, situated on it’s own private road with a stunning backdrop view of the mountains and panoramic views stretching across the beautiful Kaya valley.

The Villa itself is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is spaciously set out on 2 levels. Upstairs has 4 double bedrooms which all have their own individual balconies. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite with Jacuzzi) with full wc facilities. The ground floor consists a large dining room, separate lounge with natural fire-place. Both of these rooms overlook and access the swimming pool and garden area via French patio doors.

There is a separate fully fitted luxury kitchen. As you enter the Villa you will be greeted by the grand hallway that has circular marble staircase leading to the upper level of the villa. Also situated on the ground floor are separate wc facilities. The Villa has full air-conditioning and central heating facilities, plus hi-fi, satellite television, and telephone. There are full maid and linen facilities as and when required.

The Villa is surrounded by a sun terrace which then leads to the large swimming pool and babies pool, which in turn is surrounded by the villas beautifully designed garden. Within the garden there is a fully built barbecue area. The pool and area are cleaned daily. The Villa is not overlooked by any other dwelling and it has its own private road that leading to the main road down into Hisaranou, which is a 5 minute walk. Alternatively at the end of the private road there is a taxi rank and bus stop where you can get the bus or taxi to either Olu Deniz or Fethiye with a 5 minute ride.
